Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund.

Return window & condition

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Devices should be in resalable condition with all accessories, cables and original packaging.
• We do not charge restocking fees.

How to start a return

Email info@jaysbuybox.com or call +1 845-367-3914 with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.

Damaged or defective items

Smart feeders and fountains are electronics — if a unit is dead on arrival or fails within the warranty period, we'll replace it or refund you in full, and cover all return shipping. Please include a short description and photos or video of the issue.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional few days to post the credit.

Exceptions

• Consumable filters and desiccant packs are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
