Shipping Policy

At Jay's Buy Box, we ship free of charge to every address in the United States. Because our smart feeders, fountains and treat dispensers are compact electronics, they travel by standard tracked ground carriers — no freight, no oversized surcharges.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day from our Lakewood, New Jersey facility. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Feeders & fountains: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Accessories, filters & small parts: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with live tracking the moment your order leaves our facility. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours, email info@jaysbuybox.com and we'll investigate right away.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not charge sales tax on orders.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your device arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost. For a package marked delivered but not received, contact us within 14 days and we'll file a carrier claim on your behalf.
